21 days of coronavirus lockdown art collection
National lockdown was announced from the midnight of 24th March 2020. We announced the art project “Art in the time of Corona – hope and positivity through creativity” on 25th March, the first day itself. This corona art project of coronavirus lockdown art collection by Indiaart and Khula Aasmaan was supported by Finolex and Mukul Madhav Foundation. The project idea was received very well by people of all ages from all corners of the country. We started receiving drawings, paintings and other art ideas from day 1 itself. I am happy to present this wonderful lockdown art collection from Day 1 to 21. Each artwork is the response of a creative mind to the unprecedented crisis of Covid-19 pandemic.

As we can see from the art ideas and artworks shared by people of all ages for 21 days, they have used art as a medium to fight the crisis of Covid-19 pandemic. The best thing about this collection is that most of the people who are part of this corona art project are not formally trained artists. For most, their primary occupation is different. They have responded positively to this project and demonstrated the Power of Art.
